Access for all

The Main Path begins at the Visitor Centre and after skirting the café takes you to the highlights of the Gardens, including the plant communities of the Sydney Region, the Asteraceae: Garden of Australian Daisies, The Red Centre Garden, the Eucalypt Lawn, the Rock Garden and the Rainforest Gully. The path is a 1.4km loop and is suitable for strollers, wheelchairs and electric scooters.

Electric Scooters for loan

Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available from the Visitor Centre for use by visitors to the Gardens between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm daily. This service is provided free of charge, but bookings are recommended as numbers are limited. Bookings may be made in person at the Visitor Centre or by telephone on 02 6250 9540. We regret that bookings cannot be accepted via email.

Disabled Access

Parking

There are four disabled access car parking spaces in the top northern end of the main carpark, close to the Visitor Centre and Café in the Gardens, and three located at the rear of the Crosbie-Morrison Building.

Disabled access toilets

Disabled access toilets are located in the Administration Building Foyer directly opposite the entrance to the Visitor Centre and the Crosbie Morrison Building.
